Most pieces are made to order, which takes 2–3 weeks before shipping. If a piece is in stock, the product page says so, and it ships within 3 business days.

US orders over $300 ship free, by tracked USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, and need a signature on delivery. Orders to Canada over 1,000 CAD ship free.

Yes, worldwide, by USPS, UPS or FedEx International depending on the order value. Import duties, VAT and other local fees are paid by the buyer. Canada usually takes 7–14 business days.

When your order ships you get an email with a tracking number. I can't ship to P.O. boxes.

Necklaces, bracelets and earrings can be returned unless the product page says otherwise: within 14 days of delivery for solid gold, 30 days for silver. Please ask first, and wait for my approval before sending anything back.

Rings, custom pieces, engraving, custom lengths, sale items and gift cards are final sale. Full details are in the return policy.

Tell me within 7 days of delivery and I'll repair or correct it. If it's my mistake, return shipping is on me.
